I had just purchased a used van for my business, and it almost immediately started giving me transmission problems. The last time I had these symptoms, it was cute with a transmission fluid flush, so that was my requested service. Alex called me back a bit later to let me know that I had more severe problems than I had initially thought. He actually recommended I do not get the flush I had initially requested. Most other companies would have just done the flush, taken my money, and let me drive away in a vehicle that was not properly cared for. Alex and AAMCO let me know what my problem was, so the lot I had purchased the van from could take care of the repair. Alex and AAMCO will get all of my transmission work forever now, because they took great care of me on my first visit to them.
I was very pleased with everyone especially Maria I feel Aamco was very honest with my problem and happy there wasn’t any problem i will definitely use Aamco again 🙏🙏
They repaired my transmission and I also needed a new compressor for my vehicle, which caused some delays in getting it back. However, they did an excellent job servicing my car, and I really appreciated the complimentary car wash they provided.
